Types of Dry Powder (pre-mixed) Wall Putty Mortar:
Interior wall putty
Exterior wall putty
Rheology of wall putty mortar:
Rheology refers to the deformation and flow properties of substances under the action of external forces
Additives that affect rheology
(1) Thickener (Cellulse: HPMC/HEMC)
(3) Flow agent, water reducing agent
(4) Dispersants, wetting agents, etc.
The addition of HPMC greatly reduces the loss and dispersion of cement during pouring, and also reduces the compactness of cement stone. Underwater non-dispersion effects are ensured in the project, due to the minimization of the amount of HPMC. Using hydroxypropyl methylcellulose underwater non-dispersible concrete admixture to control the dosage is beneficial to the strength.
The pilot project showed that the strength ratio of cement and concrete in air was reduced by 84.8%, which was beneficial for concrete pumping. The fresh cement mortar mixed with hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose has good cohesive properties and almost no water seepage. The amount of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and the amount of water used for mortar first decreased and increased significantly.
The addition of HPMC greatly reduces the loss and dispersion of cement during pouring, and also reduces the compactness of cement stone.
Why Must add HPMC for Wall Putty
Wall Putty is a water resistant white cement based putty ideal for use on concrete/ mortar walls (internal and external) and ceilings. It fills the fine pores of mortar /concrete walls and ceiling and proves a white, smooth and dry surface, essential for painting.
HPMC Water retention: Our products can keep the putty powder in a moist state and make the auxiliary ash calcium react under the action of water.
HPMC Lubrication: our product has a lubricating effect, which can make the putty powder have good workability, keep it smooth and human-energy saving during the construction process.
